No Refunds Policy

All purchases of credits on ARQAM OTP are final and non-refundable. Once credits are purchased, they cannot be refunded, exchanged, or transferred to another account.

1. Prepaid Credits

ARQAM OTP operates on a prepaid credit system. When you purchase credits, you are buying the right to use our WhatsApp OTP verification services. Credits are deducted only for successfully delivered messages.

2. Credits Never Expire

The good news is that your credits never expire. Once purchased, they remain in your account indefinitely until used. There are no monthly fees or subscription charges that would cause you to lose your credits.

3. Pay Only for Delivered Messages

Credits are only deducted when a message is successfully delivered. If a message fails to deliver, you are not charged. This ensures you only pay for the service you actually receive.

4. Before You Purchase

We encourage you to take advantage of our free starter credits to test the service before making any purchases. This allows you to:

  • Test the API integration with your application
  • Verify delivery rates to your target regions
  • Ensure the service meets your requirements

5. Exceptions

In rare cases of technical issues on our end that result in significant credit loss, we may, at our sole discretion, issue credit adjustments. These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis and require contacting our support team with detailed information.

6. Account Termination

If your account is terminated due to violation of our terms of service, any remaining credits in your account will be forfeited and are not eligible for refund.
